Shipping Information
All items that are in stock are shipped within 48 hours of placing your order as long as the order is placed before 2:00pm CST. Our primary shipping method for small items is UPS, but we can ship via virtually any carrier in our area if it is on your account. Shipments to P.O. boxes are not available with UPS.
Larger shipments are usually sent via common carrier trucking or via hot shot truck. We do not ship on weekends or holidays and are not responsible for any shipment delays that are out of our control.

AAI Returns and Exchanges

No merchandise can be returned without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which has to be issued by the selling salesman. Restocking fees may apply.

Any merchandise being shipped back to AAI for return or exchange must arrive at our facility via prepaid freight. We strongly suggest that any items being shipped back for any reason be sent thru a courier that has tracking capabilities.

Special order items, non-stock items, and discontinued items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

Refunds will be made by same method that payment was made with the exception of cash. If merchandise was purchased with cash, AAI will issue a company check for the refund.

  2. AAI's Distributed Products Warranties

Please contact our customer service department for warranty assistance. Any warranty is null and void if, after examination of the equipment, AAI determines that the equipment was abused, neglected, altered or repaired in any way.
